A unique kit that enables 12 people to roleplay at once. It runs off 1 power supply and can be used anywhere in the world! It comes in two lockable cases for safe storage and transport and includes:

• 6 pairs of modern telephones, allowing for simultaneous role-play by up to 12 trainees.
• 6 compact tape recorders, with counters, so that up to 6 calls can be simultaneously recorded. Each tape recorder starts automatically when the first telephone is lifted, and stops when the second telephone of the pair is put down.
• 12 five-metre telephone extension cables
• A mains power lead and plug because the entire system is powered from a single socket - and automatically adjusts to electrical supplies in a range of 110 to 250 volts.
• A microphone headset for the trainer.

• Choose to have any telephone dial any other telephone and have the call automatically connected to the next available tape recorder.
• Choose to have telephones in pre-designated pairs connected permanently to a particular tape recorder.
• Replay recorded calls for analysis one at a time through the built-in loudspeaker or simultaneously via the telephones.
• Allow any trainees in difficulty to unobtrusively signal their need for help.
• Listen to any of the six calls with the headset supplied.
• Use the headset microphone to talk over their phones to any pair of trainees you wish, recording your own voice on their tape.
• Have an observer use the Control Console to monitor or take part in any role-play independently of the trainer.
• Keep track of all role-play activity on Network's LCD screen.
• Access Network's memory to get details of earlier role-plays.
