After-Purchase Service, Repairs and Extended Warranties
The key to high quality after-purchase service is that it is instantly available. There is always someone at PhoneCoach who understands the equipment.
If your PhoneCoach equipment goes wrong, as even the best equipment occasionally can, you have the security of knowing we will fix it for you – fast. Since we deal only with PhoneCoach equipment, the person who usually answers your call will know your equipment as well as you do – and quite possibly better than you do! If not they will pass you to someone who does.
This experience means we can usually diagnose the cause of the problem just by talking to you on the telephone. We then send, the same day if possible, a replacement component. We will give you a quote for the replacement part if it isn’t under warranty so you can decide if you would like the part sent.
However, we recommend that you avoid all possibility of the trainer’s worst nightmare – the equipment that malfunctions fifteen minutes into the training session! Have your equipment regularly serviced by us – say, every couple of years.
We will unpack, set up, test, service, clean and re-test your kit. We then call you if anything is needed beyond the service itself so that you can decide whether you should authorise it.

All PhoneCoach equipment is fully guaranteed against any manufacturing fault for one year from the date of delivery (no small print; no exclusions; no conditions).
If you run into any problems at all, call us and we will do everything possible to get a replacement part to you by the next courier delivery.
You have the option of a further one year guarantee covering parts and labour for all repairs except those due to misuse or accidental damage, and that includes fair wear and tear. This does not cover the courier charge.
You can take out this long-term guarantee any time before the initial guarantee expires, and give yourself the peace of mind that comes from knowing that immediate service is available with a single telephone call, and that a free loan kit is usually available (although not guaranteed) while we fix yours if you need one.
