It is well known that it can take 8 hours of prep time for every hour of presentation time. So it makes sense to consider using ‘off the shelf’ training materials. Take the basic outline that you know is proven and then tailor it to make it your own!

The Project

Price: £95 + £9.95pp + VAT

A maze exercise about balancing the needs of the task and the people in a project team. Trainees are put in the position of a project leader responsible for completion of a nonspecific project with a team of four new people. This maze also works particularly well when decisions are made in small groups, creating discussion about the best approach.

A task that looks simple, but actually involves teamwork, planning, budgeting and measuring performance against plan. It creates a real buzz due to its optional competitive scenario and feeling of success for teams, is an indoor challenge taking approx 80 mins.

Great for teams who don't always work together, or who need to work on their communication. Involves teamwork, strategy, planning and communication. It requires a great deal of thought, a good memory and fabulous communication skills. Can be run indoors or out and takes approx 90 mins to complete.

Group Sort

Price: £25 + £2.50pp + VAT

Quick way of spliting people randomly into pairs, triads or groups. Cards are in 3 categories: colour, animal and word. Can also be used to allocate seats or identify tables or rooms where learners need to be. Unlimited group size. Takes 2-3 mins depending on group size.
