PhoneCoach has been in the business of hiring and selling telephone training equipment since 1984. The company was formed from a training need that its parent company had. It ran telephone training and customer service courses but couldn’t find anything available that enabled two people to role-play and record the call. With that, one of the Directors designed a specification and went to an engineering company and the equipment was born.
It quickly became clear that many other training companies and organisations had the same requirement so PhoneCoach was formed as a separate company and we haven’t looked back.
New products have been designed as a result of customer feedback and our own experiences and we always welcome feedback. The Network enabling up to 12 people to role-play simultaneously is very popular for inductions and ongoing training with both independent training companies and in-house trainers. |
